Refund & Return Policy
We undertake to reimburse or replace any products delivered to you that is faulty or is in a
damaged condition. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us through
our designated “contact us” where we set out our requirements relating to return of such goods.
If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned goods, we undertake to
reimburse your purchase cost.
Once you have notified us that you wish to return or replace a faulty, damaged or undamaged
product, you may hold the products and we will pick them up on our next delivery run.
Or you can return the products to any of our warehouse with address as indicated as long as you
provide valid proof of purchase ex. tax invoice, receipt and/or packaging slip.
